Years ago, our dad spent some time at Lake Louise and always wanted to take us there. But life got in the way, and it never happened. We decided to make the trip this year, in honor of you, Pop!
As we hiked around the lake, we all had a little bit of emotion picturing dad, young and healthy, walking around, laughing, fishing, camping. It was spectacular!
After Lake Louise, we took a gondola ride up Sulpher Mountain and witnessed more of God's handiwork. If I could relocate, I believe Banff would be a choice location. The people have been so lovely here. How could you not be?? Surrounded by all this majesty!
Cheers, Dad! This trip was all about you! Thank you for planting these seeds in our memories. We are who we are because of you!
